One Cat was the perfect place to stay for me and my partner's anniversary weekend getaway in Brattleboro, VT! Pat and Conrad were so lovely, accommodating, and generous. They were always helpful with local recommendations and communicative with us. We had an amazing time with Watson and loved meeting Piper. If you love cats, this is the place to go! We had the best stay at One Cat in Brattleboro! The place is super cozy, charming, and full of personality. The cats completely stole our hearts and made the experience feel extra special. And the breakfast? Absolutely delish, thoughtfully prepared and the perfect way to start the day. Everything about our stay felt welcoming and relaxed. If you’re looking for a unique, cozy B&B with great food and adorable feline hosts, One Cat is a must-stay. We can’t wait to come back!

What a wonderful stay we had at One Cat B&B! Even before we entered, we were charmed by the colorfully painted facade and surrounding greenery, the Little Library, and signs expressing support for human rights and equality - with the latter theme continued inside in the form of books, posters, and postcards. Conrad greeted us warmly, got us settled in, and gave us recommendations for restaurants downtown, just a 15-minute walk from the B&B. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with many personal touches, such as books, coloring books, and cat-shaped soaps. The book theme was continued with an upstairs library and sitting room. We took a train trip from Northern Vermont to Brattleboro to explore the town and look at the miniature displays the town did this year. The One Cat was the best place to stay. Pat, Conrad, Piper and Watson were attentive hosts. Piper and Watson are cats, but they still knew what we needed. They are located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from town. They made us delicious breakfast with local ingredients and bread made in house by Conrad. It felt like we went to family to visit and we will definitely stop by again for more adventures!

They went above and beyond to make us feel at home—even offering us a ride to the train station, which was so kind and appreciated. A highlight of our mornings was spending time with Watson, their sweet kitten, who is already a delightful companion and will no doubt grow into the perfect B&B ambassador.
