Percy’s is hands down one of the best places to get drinks in Ballard! Ashley & the rest of the team are so kind and attentive. They offer plenty of thoughtfully created craft cocktails at reasonable prices, and the atmosphere is so cool!

i’ve been here several times for cocktails but never for dinner. i went for a walk in dinner on a friday around 6:40 and was seated right away. first of all, the service is GREAT. super kind server and very attentive despite being the only one on the floor with a 75% full restaurant they’re specialty lies in drinks but the food is still good. their fried chicken is great, flavorful and moist without being too greasy

Happy Hour is limited to 2 hours after opening and before closing. Friendly staff, w/ excellent cocktail skills. A nice slice of Old Town Ballard that has seen a few names in the last decade. The 'Ballard Hot Chicken Sandwich' is insane at a $10 Happy Hour price. Damn if it doesn't make a mess. Though a 3 pack of regulars w/ practice had them neatly in hand... they never put theirs down, nor cut 'em in half like we did. Seriously well used paper napkins.... Small rear outdoor area is covered. Less of a mess w/ leaves & rain, though it can get hot.... Parking on Ballard Ave. is a crap-shoot. You may walk a block or three, but it IS TOTALLY worth the effort.

Our friends threw us an engagement party in the back room and everything was perfect. The food was amazing, with beautiful spread of charcuterie/grazing boards, fried chicken, Caesar salads, popcorn, and dessert trays. The room was perfect and everyone was lovely. Can’t thank Percy’s enough, book your private party and catered spread now!

What a cool atmosphere! Wasn't busy at all when we went. Food was very good quality gastro pub type offerings, mocktails were interesting and the alcoholic drinks looked pretty neat. Reasonable prices too. Will.be back for sure
