Peppercorns Restaurant and Bar

Overall we had a good experience. We came late on a Wednesday an hour before closing. Our server was nice and the food came out pretty quickly. They had dollar wings so we got 3 buffalo and 3 BBQ. The buffalo were better. We ordered the godfather sandwich with fries and a side of chili. I liked the chili especially with the fries. The sandwich was alright unfortunately the bread was rock hard on the bottom so I ate the toppings with a knife and fork. The turkey club was good and the sweet potato fries were good as well. If you are in the area it's a good place to stop but I wouldn't go out of my way for a second visit.

Not sure how to rate this place because I feel like it started off strong but we've had a negative experience the last few times we've come. Originally, the food was great - burgers and steak, veggies, baked potato all cooked well and flavorful - veggies sauteed in garlic, well seasoned steak, etc. The signature peppercorn sauce is excellent and adds a spicy, sweet dip for the steak. The service is weird - there have been times when I've stood in the doorway for what feels like forever with the hostess just chatting away with someone, not even addressing me - or saying she'll be right back, and then disappearing for 10 min but the place is not busy at all. There's never any rush to get you to a table, take your order, bring the food, bring the check, or close out your bill. We always know

This was my first time to Peppercorns and I have to say it was wonderful! The service was excellent and their wings are some of the best I've had. We just celebrated a milestone birthday for my wife at Peppercorns and we could not have been more pleased! The service rendered by Sue was exceptional and Joni is the quintessential manager that catered to our every request. The atmosphere was perfect and the joint was definitely jumping!

The food was excellent, starters with potato skins w/xtra bacon and salsa on the side, fresh turkey dinner with all the fixings. The menu has a lot of great food. Will be going back again...as for Susan, excellent hostess/waitress.

Always love this place. Waiters/waitresses are very attentive and personal. I love the French Dip. My daughter says they have THE BEST mac n cheese! Get the giant pretzel! Cookie skillet is yummy too!
