Penn Station East Coast Subs

Really went downhill. Employees wearing fur boots, touching hair, scratch head, touching mouth and face, walking around with chewing gum and drinks in hand and then wearing these gloves to touching people sandwiches and food after all of that and after touching money. Gloves were never changed. Also 16 years of food service experience you aren’t allowed to wear your hair down. Managers walking around handing out tip money while assembling Sandwiches. This is digesting and I will no longer be a customer here.

Not impressed with the Ruben yuck the steak was good and the way these fries are cut 😡😡😡 get it together fyi im throwing this Ruben in the trash 🗑️ won’t be getting this again But it’s not like this, whatever this is horrible wasted my lunch break

Wasn't very happy with the food overall. Could be because the sandwich wasn't made the way I asked. Fries are excellent. So many kitchen beeps and stuff is jarring while you eat.

Wish I could give this place a -2. I placed our order and WAITED, and WAITED, and WAITED. Others were coming in, placing orders, and leaving. We were still WAITING. After about 25 minutes I asked where out order was. I was told that he dropedone of the sandwiches on the floor and it had to be remaked. Unfortunately for us he put it in line at the end of all of the other orders. I guess I should have been happy that he didn't just pick up and given it to us. As busy as they were the staff left promptly at the end of their shift. When we finally got home 2 of the sandwiches were NOT what was ordered. Ive been going to penn station for years throughout all of the locations in Pgh. Idk whats happed but the past two times ordering here my steak hoagies has been dry as heck. Here is a pic of my hoagie and I took it home to cook the bread longer and put mayo on it and seasoning. I wanted to cry bc its not cheap and tasted really bad.
