Pizza Marsala

So grateful for the owner. He reached to to me to see what my issue was and listened to me concern. Treated me with respect and kindness and understanding. He was able to assist me with everything not even 12 hours later. He called first thing in the morning and assisted me. Below is what happened. Ordered a pizza, even was specific in order. Got delivery time. Waited and it was on time . Got order it was wrong, I didnt get upset. I called to see how I could be assisted. I was told the system glitches and he thought my order details were a glitch. I was told not to eat the pizza. Fine. As we didn't want the incorrect order anyway. Legit couldn't consume it. Waited 30 minutes with hungry toddlers. Got a call from an angry delivery person about how she was sent here and needed address again

The service was fast and friendly. The people working were very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and made me feel comfortable ordering. The food was DELICIOUS. We dined in so not only was it fresh, but it was also made well with the pizza having the perfect ratio of sauce cheese and crust (The crust was probably my favorite part. I even liked it cold) the Hot Pepper Cheese Balls were good but messy and maybe could have been fried a bit longer. The boneless chicken was also good but I’m very particular about my chicken in general if I had my own order and not shared I’d probably asked to get them fried hard too. We ordered for delivery online. The pizza is delicious, best I've had in a long time! 😋 It has the perfect amount of cheese cooked to perfection not over cooked & well seasoned. we also got tiramisu a rare treat! Our food came super quick earlier than expected & hot fresh & delicious. Our driver called me when he was here which i very much appreciated & he was friendly prompt & took good care of our food in transit. This was our first time & we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Pizza is consistently delicious, have never had a bad experience here. Service is always fast and very friendly. Prices are the most affordable in the area. I drive 45 minutes out of my way for this pizza happily, highly recommend.

I ordered delivery online at 7pm paid. Order never arrived. Drove to the store only to find it completely closed 2 hours later at 9pm. I am due a refund for my order and I am totally angry at the lack of updates or the closure of online orders if the store was closed. I am absolutely pissed and annoyed by this entire situation. It's an unacceptable way to handle your business!!!! 😡😡😡
