Pearl Street Pizza

This is a hidden gem pizza spot. The romaine in the salad is fresh and crispy with fresh shaved parm and idk what they put in the croutons but they are so good. The wood fire pies are 14” which I usually split with one other person (6 slices). The grandma pies are super thick almost focaccia like crust and are good for like 5 people. My mom lives in town so I order from here a lot. Consistently so good.

Incredible pizza made by some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The flavors are creative, well-balanced, and always changing, which keeps me coming back. You can tell they’re serious about their dough, their oven, and sourcing high-quality local ingredients. The result is consistently beautiful, delicious food with generous portions. Everything on the menu is worth trying—salads, appetizers, every style of pizza. Always get the special, and if they ever have the pork belly, don’t miss it. The polenta with the meatball - I scrape up every bit with my pizza crust. Delish. Even when it’s busy, the wait isn’t bad, and it’s absolutely worth it. Had the plain cheese "Grandma style" slice, which I found to be dry and even a bit burnt. The Caesar salad was pretty good, they dress it well, but the additional charge for just three anchovies on top seems unfair. The panacotta was nice. Staff seemed a bit disinterested, but they were efficient and brought things quickly. Overall, it was a nice find while hanging out in Barre for a night. Check it out!

I had the Grammas spicy pepperoni wood fired pizza. I will dream about this slice until I can return again😭. This slice was HUGE, about the size of a book. Great service and amazing atmosphere.

Probably my new favorite spot. Ambiance is very cool and hip in there. My husband and I went in early on a Friday night. Seated immediately and quickly tended to. The service was VERY friendly and overall responsive throughout our dinner. We ordered the chicken wings, Cesar salad, a meatball with polenta, a wood fired pepperoni pizza (my favorite with the hot honey sauce mmmm to die for) a mocktail and a dessert (tiramisu). It was all soooo good. We will be coming back for more!
