Papa Johns Pizza

So first of all I paid almost $20 for two pizzas. A medium sausage well done and a regular medium pepperoni. As seen in the photos the pizzas from this location continue to be like this. The pepperoni isnt even covered in cheese and sauce close to the edge. The way that both of them are cut is absurd. I ordered at 1030 in the morning aint no way it should be like this and my sausage pizza isnt even cut all the way through and two of the pieces are like the width of my finger basically 🤔😭 yall need to do better papa John’s smh

This is definitely the last time I'm ever ordering pizza from this place because my pizza wasn't even cooked all the way through with the onions and sausage still raw looking. I placed my order at 2:50pm and it was delivered by 3:10pm? No wonder my pizza looked undercooked because it barely spent time in the oven. Don't order from this location unless you want to be disappointed.

I honestly don’t understand how Papa John’s can get it wrong every single time. Twice now my order has either been canceled without explanation or delivered completely wrong. At this point, I’m not even surprised anymore—it seems like accuracy isn’t a priority at all. This is fast food. The process is simple: read the order and make what’s on the ticket. Yet somehow, that basic expectation can’t be met. It’s frustrating to spend money and time waiting, only to end up with the wrong food or nothing at all. It makes me seriously question the management and hiring standards at this location. Is there any training? Is anyone checking orders before they leave? Order Dominoes instead. Pizza is filled with giant bubbles and mostly dried out sauce, with the least amount of cheese I've ever seen. Arrived lukewarm thanks to an uber driver because apparently pizza delivery drivers missed the memo. The service gets 2 stars because of the grace of not delivering completely ice cold food and not working for you. Best part of the meal is the little pepper which you can buy at Shnucks instead.

This is the worst PJ location I have ever given my business to. I've been here twice—once to get their brownie dessert and once to get an order of cheesesticks. The brownies were literally impossible to pick up; they had 0 form and were almost more liquid than solid. The cheesesticks were ungodly greasy. There was so much grease that it stained through the bottom of the cardboard box. I ate 2 pieces and felt nauseous from the overload of grease and threw the rest of the box away. I couldn't even have donated the rest to the homeless, as it would have surely made them sick to eat. The service is also super slow, as other reviewers have complained. I get DoorDash/Uber Eats orders to this store pretty often, and they are consistently 10–15 minutes late on providing the order compared to what
