Bought my pizza online at 537pm showed up at 553pm. My pizza was still in the making process. When I got in-store I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to even speak to me. I was just 2 large pizza and an order of garlic knots. Finally got my order at 630pm with no apologies and nothing offered for my wait.
Despite their high workload, they were diligently producing pizza at an unprecedented pace and efficiency. Well done!
Food was good, but it took 54 minutes for our order to be completed. it was an online order, when I arrived at the pick up-time I was told the on-line order had "just been received" and it would be about 15 minutes. It took 39 minutes and they gave me no updates, no apologies, nothing. They were very busy, lots of orders. I wouldn't have minded the delay if they would have communicated and been just a tiny bit apologetic.
They remove most the deals from the app started going an extra 10 mins to another store who does run all the in app deals.
Apparently if they sell out of medium pizza on Friday they won’t have anymore made on Sunday….
