Papa Johns Pizza

I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was told they would be right with me. I stood patiently for at least 9 mins when another lady came in from delivery service. She also was greeted immediately. But something changed. They carried on a conversation with the other lady and got her order and handed it straight to her. And then asked me my name. I’m sure she probably comes in often since she was with a delivery service. I too work in food and beverage and know how this works so this is just my opinion but the service I received was unprofessional and rude. I have been here multiple times and this was the first time I felt so slighted I had to give a review. I hope the employees working when I walked in get the proper customer service training as this could cause them to lose a lot of

Everything about this place is trash. We had ordered a pizza for the crew and it was delivered to the business next door. The lady on the phone said to call the business next to our job site to get it. A classic we screwed you over and don't care moment. This is unprofessional, they refused to give a refund or resend the pizza. I used to deliver pizzas for pizza hut, we would always call the customer when it was a business to verify drop off location. If you are a business order from Domino's, pizza hut, doordash, Uber eats or even little Caesars before eating at this place. Imagine having a pizza delivered to your neighbor and Papa John's says "lol tough luck, not my problem"

We ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks as well as the caramel blondie. An associate called me and told me they were out of the blondies and asked if I wanted a cookie or brownie. I told her no, and asked her if they would remove the charge and she said yes. Well 30 minutes later I went online to track my order and it had been cancelled. I tried to call them back and was put on hold. I was on hold for about 15 minutes total after calling them several times. I finally got the manager, Anna, I explained to her what happened and that I had reordered. She wouldn’t give me the name of her manager and told me she was not allowed to give that information out. She told me it may even be longer than the hour to have our food delivered. She never once apologized. She just kept asking if that was all

Papa John's in general has the best pizza around, the sauce is spectacular and the garlic dipping sauce is amazing poured over it. 5 stars from me

We keep getting our order wrong, we always ask for square cut and I had to call today so they actually add all the toppings that we paid for (in the app) because the past orders they just don’t add them, I asked for square cut and the lady seemed pissed at me. Don’t blame her 😂 but they cut my pizza in triangles and then on top of that the squares. It was a MESS. Is not good quality, unfortunately we will not place more orders here.
