Real nice Starbucks! Made my drink to perfection and located conveniently from I-85.

I went through drive through and they didn’t have several items that I wanted.. no biggie, that’s understandable. So I settled on a Carmel ribbon crunch with a shot of espresso. I get said drink, no shot of espresso, and half of it is whip cream??? I hardly tasted the Carmel. I called to ask if that was the protocol.. filling it up half way with whip cream, but no one answered the phone. You would think typically, if you don’t have the original item a customer wants, you would atleast make the drink they end up with decent. Wasted trip and money. Ended up going to a gas station to get a caffeinated drink. Please do better

Isn't there a way you guys can do something about customers constantly blocking people in or keeping them from being able to use the handicap area? You know, the ones that are required by law to have "usable and accessible". If you guys aren't going to put some type of marking on the ground for the drive-thru knows not to block the handicap area, maybe move the handicap area to a better location? It sucks being crippled and having to sit in my car for 20 minutes just to back out

This is an easily accessible Starbucks. It is located right off the I-85 Kings Mountain hwy 161 exit. The staff is amazing and accommodating. It stays pretty busy and they run out of the popular stuff pretty quickly. They get orders out right away so the line doesn't get backed up nor have you waiting over 5 - 7 minutes. The drinks are crafted precisely according to Starbucks standards. They pay attention and usually get the orders right. I'm simple and don't add extra stuff but my adult kids do, so the extra pumps of this and latte yaya that is often on point. This is an easy in and out spot if you are on the highway and need that jolt of caffeine!

Literally the best starbucks around. Take it from someone who visits this location essentially 5 days a week. The workers are always welcoming and my coffee is always perfect ❤️
