Sub Factory

What has happened to our favorite sub place?! We used to love grabbing a sub here. It was so depressing and sad this time, the sandwich we ordered was sooooo wrong and not sure how one had half the stuff the other was supposed to have and yet nothing at all on the other. The pita bread was so thin and dry and literally no meat it was like eating a dry cracker sandwich. We ordered the super sub I can’t imagine what just a ham or Turkey would have been. The solution to the no toppings was a tray of pickles and peppers and a couple packs of mayo and mustard. I really hate leaving a disappointing review but it was so off from the food, to the service even the atmosphere was just meh. I’m not sure what has caused the change so much from the place we loved so much before but PLEASE fix it! I ha

I really like this place and cheer for it. Nothing I have ever gotten was super flavorful and they will not put salt and pepper on a sub. You have to use packs. I think they have a lot of potential but nothing makes me crave coming back even though I eat here quite often. Pricing is fair. Service is decent.

Accidentally took a bite of my sandwich before taking a pic lol, my bad! Anyways, my first time coming here, they have a huge selection of subs and other things! Everything was fresh, from the tomatoes to the lettuce to the turkey! I got the turkey sub with added bacon, banana peppers, mustard and Mayo. And everything else that comes on it, except onions. Blows subway right out of the water! Amazing quality, not exactly cheap but you get tasty food! It was about $30 for mine and my husbands sub, two bags of chips and two drinks.

Our go to lunch place in Kings Mountain for 20 years. Subs, salads, anything you order is made to order and fresh. Keep it going Team!

Nice cashier,cool atmosphere,and pretty good Sub sandwich. Yummy sweet tea. Must try
