Papa Johns Pizza

I stopped in this location a few nights ago on a break from doordashing. Tiffany was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the evening specials. I decided to go with the one topping large for $9.99. Brandon came over and listened for as I ordered and that man made the best Pizza I've had in a very long time !y'all are the best!

I have not ordered a pizza from them in 10 yrs. I called it in and picked it up in person. On the phone I asked them to be very light or no green bell peppers.. I drove 8 miles to get the pizza.. I was in a hurry. And had other places to go..did not look at the pizza.. until I got home.. it was very heavy on bell peppers.. very heavy on onion. I call back to the store...they told me. I must have told what I wanted to someone. That was not at that location... That don't make any sense.. to have someone take your order.. but not get it right. So you can say.. not my fault... Then. Who's. Is it... I. Would say mine.. for taking the time to call papa John's.. $23.00. Down the drain....

Meant to put this review in 2 days ago when i first saw the pizza but I don’t even understand who or what thing would eat the pizza i received. bannah peppers side was completely covered COMPLETELY covered. It wasn’t edible. didn’t ask for xtra and since the entire side was abused with banana peppers, the cheese was uncooked and looked like a Lunchables pizza. on top of that the pepperoni side may look good, but no, it was awful too on one of the slices. There was about five pepperonis stacked on top of each other so the bottom one was completely uncooked. and it just wasn’t cooked good at all. The crust was hard as a rock couldn’t break it with a cinderblock. like actually. we come here a good bit, but this time we were extremely disappointed like any other reasonable person would be. So

The pizza didn't seem to be cooked evenly or throughly. The crust was under cooked and a bit gummy. The cheese in some spots didn't seem to be melted. The app said it was ready when in reality they were behind and it was not. This was suppose to be a Shaq-a-roni... looks like a regular pepperoni pizza.

I would just like to say this store has the best customer service and delivery drivers! We are a large family so we also have large orders. They are always prompt and polite. I don’t recall ever having an issue with an order. Thank you Papa John’s!
