Papa Gino's

Had placed and order over phone. Got there a little early and had the pleasure meeting the Tuesday crew. Eli, Emily ,Jess,cam, Brendan and lily as busy as they were they were still entertaining while I waited. Food was done sooner than expected and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. One of my favorite locations

So much negative is said about the younger generation these days, but Ryan gives me hope for the future. He was personable and helpful and I asked him jokingly if he made my pizza (he said yes). When I got home it was cooked to perfection Probably the best Papas pizza I have had. Please tell him the Awesome Lady (I was telling him that’s how he will know who I am when I order in the future) said great job.

Upon walking I was greeted with an immediate sense of peace. The staff at atmosphere are the most beautiful and kind people on earth. The wonderful Eli took my order with precision and speed. Ryan and Eli are elite members of this franchise and deserve recognition for their efforts.

This experience was the worst pizza I have ever had. When I called from the car I was disconnected after listening to the recording for five minutes, so called again. By the time I ordered the pizza I was in front of the door. Ordered a large cheese with extra cheese. When I got home no extra cheese but was charged for it. That’s the usual for extra cheese. Now for the pizza, it was still warm, but unfortunately it was the toughest driest pizza I have ever had. The cheese was barely melted & the crust was so tough & dry it was inedible. I have been a customer of Papa Gino’s since the 1960’s when they opened in Medford Square. After this experience I will never go back to Papa Gino’s.

The Italian melt was good. The meatball was not. Beef didn't taste like beef. Lobster roll was surprisingly good. Salad was okay.
