Embodied Nutrition

Just stopped by Embodied Nutrition for the first time and I believe I found my new go to spot for a quick delicious treat! The peanut butter vanilla and Oreo shake was unreal delicious, I think I drank it in about 45 seconds and got a bit of a brain freeze, but it was so worth it. I’m now feeling full and can see how this is a great alternative for eating healthier and losing weight. The owner is very friendly, passionate, and helpful, who also set up a very welcoming and fun environment for anyone looking to relax or get some work done while out and about! 10/10 recommend to everyone in the area 🤩

Been going about a week and a half, it was a great experience my first and second day but after that shakes, service, and prices were all inconsistent after that. Was charged extra today and then when I tried to clarify the different price, the worker insisted “somebody else had been charging me wrong” but this worker was the person I had purchased from almost everyday. I’m unsure of what to make of this experience, thinking I may not return to this business.

Super friendly.. extremely happy they were open on the 4th of July made it just before they closed...I even got the glitter!! Definitely coming back again whenever I'm in the area!! Very happy with my drink made my day so much.

Always a pleasure to pick up a beautiful tea or shake. Staff is very sweet and knowledgeable and fast! Delicious beverages. Definitely check them out. It’ll be your new favorite spot to treat yourself

I was never into the shake shops in town until embodied nutrition opened a year ago. Their shakes taste so rich and delicious I forget that they’re healthy for you! The ambiance in the store is unmatched, I always like hanging out a few extra minutes just to listen to the music and look around the shop. Makayla is one of a kind! A true business woman and always greeting customers by their name with a smile. You can tell how much she loves her business!
