Panera Bread

I went there for breakfast, but the available soups were quite limited. The sandwiches we ordered were okay, but the bell didn’t ring, so we didn’t realize our food was ready. The place was quiet though, which made it nice for a calm morning meal.

As a Panera regular and sip club member, I have not been more disappointed in what my family and I just experienced. Our order contained very simple things that were not in the bag after received and modified items that were not there. We called the “manager” to explain our issue’s and her immediate response was well “I made some of those things so no it’s there” ma’am no. For example, no mozzarella (that’s an obvious substitute on a sandwich) , none of our soups were put in the large bag, the sandwiches also having very little meat on them etc… She refunded the items but it felt like an argument and unprofessional. We will now always go to our home Panera down the road on 60 and not this location. Too many mess ups.

I accidentally ordered the wrong food, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. I brought it to the associate at the front, and he let the kitchen know right away. Ram and Alex were very helpful and made sure I got the meal I actually wanted for the same value. Really smooth and helpful service, I appreciate it!

Ordered online- food was ready about 8 minutes late and they were out of my wife’s Kitchen Sink cookie (bummer), but the super friendly girl at the window made up for it by tossing in a few extra cookies in the flavors they had. For me, that kind of customer service goes a long way! Food was hot, fresh, and made perfectly, and everyone we dealt with was sweet and professional. Even with the little hiccup, this location always delivers. We like this spot and will definitely be back!

The soup in the bread is a bit lean, but tasty. The salad is gorgeous (I especially liked the beet chips). Everything is clean, Bianca is very welcoming and patiently waits for the order (thank you). Everything was prepared quickly, the only thing in the salad is the chicken, which is a little audible from the refrigerator.. otherwise everything is great 🥰
