Panera Bread

HORRIBLE COMPANY. My friend is disabled. We came in maybe a month ago for lunch. Food was great. Service was great. Came back today for a completely different experience. We walked in at 10:40 am and I started to look for my buddy’s soup. The menu was all breakfast. Horrible companies do not keep the same hours. I realized today Panera is a horrible company. All of a sudden, Panera doesn’t serve lunch until 11 am. So, not wanting my buddy to get stuck eating oatmeal again for his second meal of day, I had to push him back to car in his wheelchair, pack up, and shoot across town to a restaurant I know cares about customer service. You can always tell a bad company by their misleading hours for breakfast/lunch. What an absolute joke. I will never be back to Panera again. I really hope the

I stopped in for a quick bite and ordered the broccoli cheddar soup with a side baguette. While the flavor of the soup was great as always, it was unfortunately lukewarm rather than hot, which took away from the comfort factor I was looking forward to. The baguette was also cold and a bit hard. I really enjoy Panera and appreciate the menu options, but I hope they can improve the temperature and freshness of their food, it would make a big difference in the overall experience.

Party of two for first time visiting this particular Panera location. Early afternoon visit with half of the tables taken. Ordering was quick and friendly. Food was out in less than 10 minutes. The salad and sandwich were fine. Only real complaint is that several of the free tables were dirty and needed wipe down.

Person asked me if I didn't want romaine. I was wondering if anyone would think I wanted a salad without lettuce. She said I substituted leaf lettuce instead. (3 pieces!?!). Not sure why your app thought I did not want lettuce on my salad. Not sure why your staff thought adding three pieces of lettuce was a good call. I paid and tipped for this salad. It is terrible. Half full. $15. Go elsewhere. Evergreens makes a better salad.

Many people are allergic to arugula but they seem to not know this. The salad my wife ordered was made from arugula and she had a horrible reaction. The menu DOES NOT list the salad used. Unfortunately she is mentally challenged and did not know. The response from the restaurant ? Want me to call 911. How about offer a heathy alternate. If this were our first visit to PB we would never return.
