Dragonfly Asian Bistro

We had two spring rolls, my husband had the sweet and sour chicken, I had the sesame beef. The spring rolls were pretty good. The sauces were my favorite part! Sweet and sour chicken was fresh and not soggy, but the sauce was just okay. The sesame beef comes with crunchy rice noodles on top. I probably should have read the description, maybe it's listed there. But if you order this, I recommend leaving that off. It was just incredibly distracting to the food. It looks really fancy, but it didn't taste good and was honestly annoying. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere is romantic, cozy, and incredibly nice. The service is also absolutely top notch. I hope I can give this place another try.

Opened in early 2025 and located within the Tigard Triangle is this little gem that takes a minimalist approach to making things work. The attention to service, a simple menu and a welcoming dining space come together nicely to make for an enjoyable dining experience. Dragonfly is AMAZING!!! It was a recommendation by my husband's colleague and he didn't steer us wrong. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Owner, Jason, who welcomed our preference for bar seating. First, the ambiance is lovely! It's a dark green, moody vibe - highlighted by an accent wall, adorned with a beautiful SJP-esque wallpaper. Jason served us the wine and beer of our choice, although they do offer a full bar. We began with Potstickers and Lettuce wraps, each of which were delicious. Of course, we enjoyed Egg Flower Soup, which had great depth of flavor, like a warm hug! My husband inquired as to which beef entree would be most similar to Mongolian Beef, to which end Jason offered it up as an option, even though it's not listed on the menu. We also ordered Green Bean Comb

Best Asian food I’ve ever had! The pot stickers were delicious! It wasn’t too busy, and got seated right away. They keep the place very clean and well kept. Highly impressed!

This is such a great place! Good atmosphere, delicious food and drinks. Our favorites are Sesame Beef, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and Hot and Sour Soup.
