It was very busy, lots of people were waiting. I ordered an hour ahead of time through their website but it was very behind. I appreciated their notification on the delay, although I was already there waiting. Greek salad was good as usual. First time trying their pizza, it was tasty, it has thin crust, and I expected it to be crunchy but it was sort of chewy instead. Maybe because it was a takeout which I ate about 15 minutes later. This location is farther but I prefer to order from here because it is generally clean, even when it is busy. Staff are also friendly.

The service and food were both incredible. This location has a restaurant feel to it. The manager even came by to check on us. Super friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. Great location and parking.

My clients wanted Panera for lunch and ended up picking up food. I ordered everything online and it was about $47. When I arrived I parked in the parking lot. I walked in and went to the pick up area and everything was ready. Before leaving I asked, what seemed to be the manager that was behind the counter, for a napkin and he kind of threw the napkins at me. I know its Covid but wow. He also had no mask on. When I got to my client's office all the food was there which is a plus.

Capitalism needs to start remembering who supports it. The purpose of a chain, or franchise, is to have consistent quality and taste across locations. Serving soup that borders on inedible due to it not being creamy at all, where the liquid drains off your spoon easily, leaving a pile of barely cooked vegetables that stab your mouth from the firmness is inexcusable from a entity as large and as established as Panera. This was obviously scorched from new, as the cream base is broken and all that is left are sad pools of broken butter. You need to do better. Consumers deserve better than to support the bottom line of a company that exists based on our satisfaction. You work for us. And you failed. And you often do, without recourse. Your existence promises us dependable quality. If you canno
