The Deli Of Springfield

The food was slightly pricey, but quite delicious! looks small from the outside, but is actually quite medium sized and modern! The seating was clean and pleasant, dishes were easily customizable, and the staff was kind and accommodating.I would certainly dine again!

The food was delicious. I had the protein omelette. The owner Jimmy is very friendly. They serve a good portion. He does catering as well and the price seems to be reasonable. It was a great experience. I'm glad we went there for breakfast. I will be back for lunch soon.

We had lunch here on our way through town, headed to visit family for the holidays. There was a steady stream of locals picking up takeout, but we sat at the counter to eat and take a little break from driving. The food was GREAT, and we enjoyed chatting with the owner, too. We will go out of our way to visit this place again. Next time, I’d like to try a hot meal - we just got sandwiches, but they were memorably good. I’m still thinking about my avocado BLT wrap.
