Panera Bread

The extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior by your staff Al, Amanda, and Samantha. Their actions during my recent visits were completely unacceptable and reflect very poorly on your business. I was charged full price for a tuna sandwich with no bread, yet I received only about half of what I paid for. When I called to address this, I was dismissed with, “too bad, deal with it tomorrow,” instead of being offered the simple solution of remaking my order immediately. The following day, when I politely returned to have my order corrected, Samantha and Al were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. While standing at the food pick-up area, I overheard Al, Amanda, and Samantha openly talking negatively about their customers in front of actual customers. This behavior is completely unprof

Soup was not hot barely even warm. I stopped going there because my last experience was terrible. I thought I would give them another try, wish I hadn't. They definitely need new management.

The soup was barely warm and the place was NOT CLEAN! Tables remained unbussed during our entire visit (40 minutes?). Floors were also very dirty with food remains under two of the tables near my seat. What has happened to my beloved Panera???

Just passing through and stopped at 10 am to grab soup. It took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us at the drive through. The young lady at the drive through curly hair in a half up half down pony tail was so rude. Attitude for no reason. Go home and stay there if you are having a hard time. She didn’t say hello and rolled her eyes a few times while we gave her the money for our order. Then it took them 20 minutes to give me two soups and they were almost empty inside. I noticed that I only had one baguette instead of the two that came with it. She didn’t respond just went to get me a baguette and handed to me without a bag or nothing. Never coming back and I’m contacting corporate office today as well.

I am really happy that I decided to stop here. I ordered via the app and chose curbside pick up. I got there and accidentally entered the wrong parking spot number. The young lady who brought me food out matched my car info on the order to the cars parked in the curbside pick up and located me. Thank goodness. She was very nice, too. The food is delicious as expected. I this is the first Panera I have seen that has a drive thru!! Oh my! They all should have drive thru!! 😁
