I stopped in for a quick, healthy lunch and ordered a blueberry muffin gluten-free, plant-based shake, which was excellent. The shakes and drinks were definitely the highlight. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location seems new. However, the staff was not very welcoming or friendly, which detracted from the experience. Overall, the product is good, but I wish the environment felt more inviting.

Their Protein shakes are truly amazing, and they can help you with whatever you are looking to do for your well being.
Next Up Nutrition is hands down the best protein shake place in the area! The atmosphere is inviting, the customer service is top-notch, and the shakes are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a great experience, go see Peyton and Breezy for all your needs! Highly recommend!
