I ordered from the Panera on Shalks Crossing and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They called me saying they were out of sausage because the truck was late. Fine, things happen. I said okay to bacon instead. The guy said he’d throw in a free pastry for the inconvenience. Cool. I work 7 minutes away and my order was delayed six different times. It took a whole hour to get to me. They sent me a $5 coupon, which I appreciated, but when the food finally came… it was a mess. First of all, no pastry. Not even in the bag. Then I open my sandwich and it’s literally two super thin pieces of bacon cut in half. I couldn’t even taste the bacon — it was basically an egg and cheese on a thick Asiago bagel. Ordered dine in order. Did not bring order to table. Happened twice. At the same time i saw employees bringing order to other tables. But my order had to be picked up from counter. Before judging, hear me out. I visit with toddler. I cannot leave him on table alone to pick up food at the counter. Thats why i choose dine in. Coffee is never good.

I have been to this Panera several times and they never disappoint!! Their customer service is top notch!! They are consistent with their friendliness and food!! Highly recommend this location !!!
