This is the BEST sushi restaurant in Mercer county! Idc what anyone says. The quality speaks for itself. If you are anywhere near this place, it is absolutely worth it!! New go to. Not going anywhere else. Try it for yourself.

HIRO Asian Bistro is one of my absolute fave restaurants for the past approx 2.5 years. It’s family owned & operated by the nicest family who we adore. The food is outstanding .. always super fresh & a vast variety. All of the employees are amazing, hard workers. Sometimes we’re a party of 6-8 with all different requests & nothing is ever too much. I wholeheartedly recommend!

It's a great place for all you can eat Japanese cuisine. We ordered a lot! The store was really generous in food portions! Staffs were courteous and helpful throughout the meal. No one was trying to rush us out. Soups and salad were not the leading role of this meal, sashimi was! The plating of the first round was mediocre! It was just left on the plate. However, when the second order arrived, the sashimi was still as fresh plus plated in a color contrast and artful form. Hope to visit this joint that parking is easy and plenty. Prices are reasonable and you can order a la carte if ayce is not what you like.

Excellent sushi options. Fresh and a range. Their all you can eat menu is awesome. Lots of dishes beyond sushi. To avoid food waste they will charge if you have excessive leftovers. Still, the deal can't be beat and it is largely better than ordering al la carte

My 2nd time coming here for dinner & I absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful day so my lady surprised me with a delicious dinner & all the sushi I could eat. The sushi is really good & there's plenty of options for all eaters. My lady doesn't eat seafood but she has access to a nice menu of veggie style rolls. The menu is very large, I got plenty of appetizers to keep myself snacking while I await the main dish of sushi. I highly recommend Hiro!
