Food was good as always. I had an issue with my delivery driver so I called the store and the manager, Ashley, was incredibly kind, insightful, and helpful with my situation. She went above and beyond to help me and took precautions to make sure this issue doesn’t happen to anyone again, all the while helping me out on her end to remedy the situation to the best of her ability. Thank you, Ashley! You’re awesome!

I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich and the southwestern chicken salad with no avocado. I love this salad, but I absolutely do not like the amount of spines from the lettuce. So always sit and pick those out before eating. Now the chicken salad sandwich, I will never get again as it was entirely too sweet and I actually bit down on a small bone. Yeah, eat that at your own risk. I am giving warning because I was not. This go around was not a great experience. 🙃

Great staff, offered my puppy a “pup cup” without even asking as I went through the drive thru, made my puppy’s and my day.

The food at this Panera location was okay, pretty much what you’d expect. Unfortunately, the customer service really took away from the experience. I greeted the staff with “good morning” and said “thank you,” but didn’t receive any response back. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, which was disappointing. Good service goes a long way, and this visit definitely missed the mark.

November 4, late afternoon my wife and I dined here, And I’m happy to report that in general very good as but as usual. The coffee was cold, our cashier was kind enough to bring us our toasted bagels to our table and she replaced the coffee urns. I prefer to leave a tip after I dine, but my cashier lady had left for the day, so I was not able to compliment and tip her. Panera used to do a follow-up for members to respond, I No longer see that feature available.
