Hudson 29 Kitchen + Drink

A new restaurant for me- and glad I stopped in. Taylor was our server and she was attentive and very nice. We enjoyed Guac and Queso as our appetizer. Just the right amount of spice in both. I ordered a vegan black bean burger with fries, and some veggie sushi and my guest ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Both were really good and they were large portions. It is a bit pricey, $17 for 6 pieces of sushi, but overall it was a great place to go for lunch.

Wow. How do I even begin? This was my first time dining at this restaurant and honestly, I’d never heard of it. I decided to take a chance since it was around Valentine’s Day and places were completely booked solid. We made rather late reservations for Friday (the 13th 🔪) and were a bit anxious as to how this would turn out. Man were we delighted! From the drinks, to the appetizers, to the entrees. EVERYTHING was delicious! Our experience may not been as pleasant as it was without our he service of Cierra. She was a complete sweetheart! She took phenomenal care of us and made sure that none of our needs went unmet. For drinks, we had the Daisy, Strawberry Mojito (not on the menu), and cask Chardonnay and a Night in Napa(? Can’t recall the exact name of the drink as it was a part of the

Hudson 29 turned out to be the perfect spot for a date night. From the moment we walked in, the lighting set a warm, intimate tone that made the space feel cozy and slightly secluded, while the modern décor kept it stylish and upscale. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, striking that ideal balance of being present without hovering, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The food absolutely delivered. The sushi rolls were incredibly fresh, clean, and well balanced. The trout was rich, smokey, and memorable enough that we’re still talking about it. Hudson 29 also happens to serve my wife’s favorite drink—a Hot & Dirty martini with Calabrian Chili bleu cheese stuffed olives. Honestly, she’d come back just for those olives alone, and I can’t blame her

Absolutely amazing!! We started with the cheese stuffed butter rolls and they are perfection. Gooey buttery cheese clouds from heaven. The French dip was loaded with the most tender melt in your mouth meat, paired with a very fresh horseradish sauce. The rigatoni bolognese is the best I've ever had! It was hearty and loaded with flavor, definitely comfort food.

First time visiting Hudson 29 and it was absolutely wonderful! The ambience is incredibly cozy and upper scale. Service was friendly, attentive and very professional (we didn't have to wait for anything). The food was amazing and the experience there made for a very memorable night. Will certainly be back again!
