Panera Bread

Haven't been to Panera bread in years and decided to go over the weekend and had a sandwich and a bowl of soup. I think the positives would be the food quality and proactive staff. The negatives would be price, the amount of meat on the cheesesteak was very scarce and the dining room could have been cleaner. They're sandwiches fall in the middle where they're better than Subway and Jersey Mike's but can't even compare with Tono or Moe's of Chanhassen.

terrible potatoes soup, also expensive. it gave me bathroom problems for 2 days!!! How can you sell such bad food at such expensive price with self service?

Yummy! The bread was perfect-crunchy on outside but not burnt-done perfectly. Sandwich and soup were good too

Unfortunately the Panera brand isn't what it used to be. Everything is bland, Everything has shrunk, Everything is expensive. Once your customers feel they are no longer getting value and quality for what they are paying, they simply stop coming. We are in this category and it's a bummer because we used to look forward to Panera.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to leave this one. Stopped in for lunch at around 12:30 and ordered a sandwich and soup. Went into my bag to grab my sandwich and half of it fell out of the wrap (sticker wasn’t on). I carefully got it out and unwrapped it to see a wet sloppy mess. I get the need to quickly get orders done when it’s busy, but this was straight up rushed and unprofessional.
