Fork'd

First time here and it was a good experience. On a Friday night there was a 15 minute wait but it didn’t take nearly that long. I feel the menu selection isn’t that big but our option that night was Cheesecake Factory nearby and that’s the opposite. There were three of us and we each ordered something from one of the main food items. I had the Fork’d Smashburger and it was really good. The waffle fries were excellent too. My wife had the Fork’d Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and she loved it. I took a bite and the breading and flavor were really good. My son had a Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza and he thought it was really good but a thicker crust than he would like. I had a bite and I liked it but agreed, it was a little more crust than we like. First time here for my wife’s birthday and very happy we came. Excellent service and food was terrific! We had the Patty Melt with a cup of Wild Rice Soup and also the Southwest Salad with Shrimp instead of chicken. Topped it all off with a piece of Vanilla Cheesecake that they presented to my wife for her birthday. Classy place! Bobby was a very polite and excellent server! I also love that they leave a carafe of water on the table so you don’t have to ask for refills.

Checked out this new spot in Minnetonka close by Ridgedale Center. It was vibrant, had plenty of seating, and there were TVs on the walls by the bar and near the entrance. It was late afternoon so we tried a couple of options from their happy hour menu and a burger from the main menu. Mozzarella Sticks - House-made sticks with a slight crisp, perfectly breaded exterior. The cheese pull on their mozzarella was good and the cheese was gooey. Their marinara sauce was thick and had good flavor too. GET THIS!!! Nachos - ordered these without all the various toppings (because I'm picky), but found these to be super flavorful. When we visited we had a good time, we were seated fasted and didn’t feel rushed at all into ordering we started with the cherry limeades and they were quite tasty so we ordered a few more. I wasn’t a fan of the artichoke dip because it was too greasy and overpowered by the cheese and it wasn’t very flavorful in my opinion. I liked the mozzarella sticks, and the Cesar salad a lot. The salad was fresh and crisp. The fork’d cheese panzza was also really good, I loved the garlic and that it was perfectly made. The service was friendly and the restaurant wasn’t too loud or crowded when we visited.
