Panera Bread

I came to Panera with my friends Emma and Sam. We orderon the fancy IPad ordering thing. It was almost as fun as using a real iPad. Though the service was not as fun. First our name on the screen: GONE. Where did it go? Second the bowl: GONE. They gave it to us in a to go cup. But the food and atmosphere made up for everything. The food was delicious, we ordered Mac and Cheese and a chicken sandwich. They were AMAZING! The establishment was gorgeous, and just what you’d expect. Overall I give this a 3 star.

Usually during that time of the day Panera is always very busy, the first red flag is when we walked in to this Panera there was only 2 tables and couple people ordering to go. It makes sense that it wasn’t busy after the service and the cleanliness of the store. I had to wait ~5 minutes for someone to show up and get a bottle of water. And the bathroom looked like haven’t been checked on the whole day if not days. Management needs to fix this because I love Panera and they have higher standards usually.

I wish I could give this Panera 0 stars. The past 1-2 years it’s gone down the drain. I ordered today on my mobile app and I came in early so I went to go sit down in the back. One of the employees that was standing on the outside of the counter handing out pick up orders was yelling at a customer in front of everyone to never come back again and he wasn’t allowed. The customer continued walking out and didn’t comment back. The employee said he doesn’t like how he grabs the bag from his hand every time he comes in. Now I see why… they are extremely behind and everything is WRONG! They are all yelling and talking about customers out loud. I get it gets busy and overwhelming but the way they acted was so unprofessional. Finally when I got my order I left, I made the mistake of opening it whe

When going to this location and ordering just a drink know that they Don't follow Panera bread national protocols. You need to go to the cashier to get your cup not the pickup area where they're supposed to do it. What I mentioned that that is not how is supposed to be done they said that's how we do it here. In a very Karen condescending tone. I guess that's what you get in a hoity toity town. This lady is definitely a Karen in the making.

All I asked was for my dressing on the side and both times I had to take it back cause it was drenched in dressing. So the third time I took it back to ask to switch it from a salad to a sandwich the manager bolded said “I just want free food” wth is this how a manager address and talk to their customers? No one asked for free food both times I brought my salad back untouched to ask for it to be remade. Since they messed up twice already on a salad I didn’t trust them to remake it the third time that’s why I asked if I can switch from the salad to a chicken salad sandwich, can’t mess that up since the chicken is already pre-made. Also I’m only determined to go back and asked them to remake it cause I hate wasting money especially on something I didn’t receive.
