First time in Grosse Pointe, MI downtown and found a lovely coffee shop with great coffee and pastry selections. Enjoyed every second and every drop. Great place for family and friends to get together and catch up. If you see them, stop by and enjoy... and you're welcome!

I travel for work so I'm always looking for new coffee shop experiences. This place is fantastic! It's a great location and has a good selection of coffee options. The decor is a good mix of modern and vintage. They've done a really nice job with the atmosphere.

Lucky used to be a staple in our house. We made special trips to go pick up beans from their locations as we do not live close to any of them. For a time we attempted to order online but that proved to be inadequate. Shipping costs for starters were high then it took several weeks to ship and usually only shipped after I followed up then it magically just shipped that day then when I finally got them they were incorrect or missing bags.. never providing tracking information. So we stopped with that and would just pick them up when we could go in person. Over time they stopped roasting all the types of beans along with my favorites but I would still pick up the ones my husband liked. A fantastic coffee spot! Don't even think about going to the nearby Starbucks. Amber is great and all of the staff are so nice and happy. They know your name, the coffee is great. Food is really good. But the most important thing is that it seems like the people really like working here. Thanks.

Great seating with perfect employee service. However, the drinks were not as great. The Chai Latte was just milk, syrup, and spice. No tea (Chai means tea, so I don't know what's up with that). The coffee was okay.
