Jersey Mike's Subs

I went into this Jersey Mike's and place an order for the number 55 on Rosemary bread. This is what I received. The youngman told me that it wouldnt be replaced because I asked him to lose the attitude. People make mistakes and he proceeded to cause me to lose my cool. So I told him I'll call corporate he told me to go ahead they'll still be open. Is this the type of attitude you want working for your establishment. If so I will not return. This matter could have been solved without the attitude. We have to do better people. Or is this the new norm.

I like Jersey Mike's. Especially love a cheesesteak on a cold day. It's 42 outside, that counts. Turn the music down! Way too loud, gets in the way of conversations. Long-term could give headaches. The staff had to yell when carry-out orders came in. Hint. I do like location, though. More inviting than most Mike's. Need to work on the cleaning a bit, tables are in need of a good scrubbing, some trash here & there. At 2 p.m. the lunch rush is over. The staff was very friendly & good-natured.

Today is 12/16/2025 @ 7:35 pm Staff -1 girl cooking and 2 guys slicing and making sandwiches Must give high praise to the 3 employees their tonight. There was orders lined up for door dash plus walk in behind walk in. The crew still tried their best to get the orders out as fast and accurate as they can. You could see they were a little frustrated (BUT THAT HUMAN, THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS AND CANT CONTROL POOR MANAGEMENT LEAVING THEM UNDERSTAFFED) they still gave good customer service. My order was done correctly and I just want them to be acknowledged.

The crew here does a great job. I love the fact that all Jersey Mike’s are pretty consistent. The food was fresh and they were very efficient. I love that. They’re close to my house and the store is always clean. I normally do not order tuna but today I had a taste for it. I was pretty impressed.

This jersey mikes is by far the best location you can go to. All of the employees are extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Huge shoutout to Tara for making my sandwich even though it was super close to closing time and we didnt realize the time. Super appreciated and love this location!!!!
