Panera Bread

I ordered soup and salad ,the salad It was shriveled and old. Please do not give customers stale merchandise. I wish there was some oversight on this matter. We pay a sum of money to buy this food, and it is not our fault that your merchandise is spoiled and you sell it to us.

Tldr: Terrible experience from start to finish. Won't be returning to any panera anytime soon. At the ups store, decide to eat something, see panera bread. "I've never been to a panera bread before, lets try it out" walks into store, 3 women in line at the register. I look at the menu and decide what I want, see 2 men ordering at a self serve kiosks so I go therr and put my order in. $52. Ok... Pretty expensive but I ordered a few different things and the lobster mac and cheese is a limited time item, its probably just pricy because of that right? No. Ok that sucks. Try to pay. This kiosk only takes credit cards. Okay can I put the order in and pay at the register? No. Ok. Would have been nice to know beforehand instead of wasting 5 minuted. A sign that says card only or cash here perhaps

I sent my boyfriend to pick up my order, and an employee accused him of stealing it. Even after my boyfriend clearly explained it was his girlfriend’s order, the employee turned around and told another worker, “he’s stealing.” The restaurant was packed, people were staring, and it was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful. Accusing someone like that without properly verifying an order is completely unprofessional. This should never happen to any customer.

Let me set the scene for you, it’s 9:00 pm, i had just gotten out of a long shift, hungry and tired. FIRST meal of the entire day and i choose panera. I did not know they close at 9:30 so that is my bad BUT that does not excuse the horrid service.I ordered half a sandwich which is what i usually get. while waiting I was getting stared at like i was an alien. when they had finally gave me my food this is what they gave me. $10 for something i can literally eat in two bites. i go here often i know what they side of their sandwiches usually are there is no reason they gave me this pathetic sandwich because i came half an hour before closing. some people genuinely are busy and look forward to finally getting home and finally being able to eat. i hope the managers talk to the servers about some

Hopefully this reached to whom it may concern. I was emailed a survey, but I was unable to complete the survey but overall service with the staff. They’re pretty nice. I just don’t like the idea that the pastry the bread were out where flies can pitch on it. That’s very unsanitary that should be all be covered as we know it fly does leave droppings on your food so you should cover your food. Thank you.
