Panda Express

Went through the drive thru, the guy at the window totally got my order wrong. I was not rude at all, I saw they were busy so I tried to still be pleasant. I told him what I was supposed to get before he even ran my card. They fix it, I pay, they give me the receipt. The receipt is wrong, I try to correct it one more time because I want what I’m paying for. I am still not being rude or unpleasant. I’m smiling. The guy at the window turns to me, gets a complete attitude with me and pretty much blamed me for his mess up. I wasn't even mad until he did that. I let it go, take my food after they fix it. Arrived at 10:05, Sunday morning. I think we were the first customers inside, everyone was busy getting ready for the day but we were greeted and helped fast. Portions were huge! I got the Bigger Plate for $11.30, should have gone with the option with only two entrees. Got a large drink, it was the size of my head. Super great deals. I can't say this enough, fresh and stocked. Either they have a great closing crew or the employees I saw this morning bust their butts. All tables clean. Something I noticed. Especially with having a child under two who uses the high chair at places, this is often an overlooked thing to clean. Well I happened to check out the high chair here and it looks super clean. I love the Lecanto Panda Express!! My only criticism would be their inconsistent with the lo mein, at times they have the perfect amount of onions and then other times they have way too many excessive amounts of onion in the lo mein.. Other than that for the most part the food is always good, the restaurant is always spotless, and everybody that works there is always super kind and super polite! 🐼🐲🉑🈴㊗️👲🏼

Ordered orange chicken hot, excellent. Wok shrimp really delicious, beef very nice, egg rolls. Used delivery so wasn't fresh, but the best Chinese in inverness for me so far.

This Panda location can be pretty hit-or-miss for me. Last time I was there, one of our meals was nice and full, but the other had pretty small portions comparatively. Like half the amount of food just about. It was too late in the evening to go back at that point, but it was disappointing for the person with the smaller meal. I've had several instances of them completely forgetting part of my meal. The spice level also varies. The Kung Pao is always pretty spicy, but the spice level on everything else fluctuates wildly. Overall their food is delicious, though the spice level can vary, but the service is not consistent at all. All the staff have been polite at least when there are issues, and they generally are really good about making it right if you have a problem with your order.
