Firehouse Subs Lecanto Plaza

I stopped by yesterday for the first time and unfortunately they were experiencing roof leaks. They had buckets everywhere and half of the tables had water dripping from the ceiling. This location is way too small in my opinion. The line of guests inside was long with little room to move and seating was full during lunch. Moving on to my lunch, I ordered a small meatball sub with a cup of potato soup with a drink. My sub was very tasty and well put together. I barely ate the soup because it had no substance. It was watery at best with a few potatoes. I tried to use the oyster crackers to thicken it up but that was a failed attempt so I tossed it. Stick to the subs they are definitely better than our pub subs.

For my first time, this was a really good place to eat. I had the Roast Beef Cheddar Brisket (Or whatever it's called) and me and my grandma loved it.

The food is amazing!! It was my first time here. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by ASLAN. His customer service was absolutely amazing! Giving recommendations and very patient. Firehouse is very lucky to have him as an employee! You don’t get customer service like that anymore. He’s very kind! We will keep coming back.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Store was not busy at all. There was 4 of us. We ordered 2 large subs. The first was an Italian on garlic bread. We wanted half of it to be as orded per the menu but simply no onions. The other half was as ordered per menu and add banana and green peppers. The Manager Kylie came out to help the gal at the front to make the order correct. She even repeated it back to me. When the sub came out it was as ordered per menu with banana and green peppers on the WHOLE sub. And there was onions on the side where there was not supposed to have any. Not sure how hard the order was but they said it was ok and they understood. To spend over $30 and get the one sub we asked for to be wrong is disappointing. Having the "Manager" take my order and mess it

Nice looking Firehouse Subs. Cashier knew exactly all the right questions to ask. It took barely 5 minutes to put together a large cheese steak and a large order of fries. Quite impressive. Food was of a good quality. Would definitely recommend this establishment if you like Firehouse.
