Culver’s

Tried Culver's for the 1st time at this location a few days ago. Their Mushroom Swiss burger is really good. They saute the mushrooms in butter and it really makes the burger stand out from other mushroom burgers that I've had. The shrimp is fried but its ok. They also serve coke products so if you are a fan, check them out.

The wife and I stopped in for some lunch. She got a burger. I got the codfish sandwich. Everything was perfect. The place was absolutely in clean shape. Customer service was awesome. The food was fresh as it could be five star for these folks. Highly recommend stop getting grabbing a real burger to McDonald’s or Burger King.

Ordered the 2 piece Cod meal and wasn't impressed. Small pieces and the bottom of the container was loaded with oil

Had a horrendous day at work. I am a nurse that works in an acute care Baker act receiving facility for psychiatric patients. Didn't eat all day and didn't want to stop for food so I ordered online to pick food up on my way home. When I get to the restaurant, on time, I clicked the button on the app that said I arrived. 15 minutes later I'm sitting there parked waiting for the food. Nothing. Then I pull up to the drive through and ask where my food is. The woman tells me it's ready and I need to now park in a "designated area". I pull around very angry at this point and wait again until I've had enough and leave. I call and speak to the manager who makes the excuse that in spite of my letting them know I was still there they were essentially going to sit and let my food get cold b

Most the time...super clean. But I have to say we been going here for a while, at 1st it was spot on every time with food and friendly faces. As time has gone on don't look like their changing the grease/ oil often ,stuff isn't as fresh. And some of the newer employees can be honestly kid of rude when they take your order like they don't want to be there....Love Culvers , please go back to caring like you did when you 1st opened. Especially the salads. Not as fresh anymore , a number of times the lettuce is wilted cucumber and tomato not so hot looking. Fresh eating is a choice ...so please keep things fresh. Cleanliness good! Managers take care of the issues and are friendly but yeah please don't continue to go down hill sort of speak.
