Panda Express

Found hair in my chow mein from the Ammon location. The store said it came from a cleaning brush and only offered one replacement meal. Corporate backed that response. That explanation doesn’t make this acceptable—cleaning tools shouldn’t end up in food. Disappointing handling of a food safety issue.

Panda Express is a classic fast food restaurant for Chinese food. The portions are really large, so you get a lot for your money. I can especially recommend the Beijing Beef and the Orange Chicken - both very delicious! If you expect authentic Chinese food, you might want to go somewhere else, but it’s perfect for fast, satisfying fast food.

The majority of the food was really good. For some reason the rice and noodles were extremely dry and hard this time. Normally not like that.

Okay my husband and I have never been to a Panda (surprisingly), and it was actually pretty awesome. The front order taker, Lesly, was super helpful, patient, and just genuinely caring. Since we have never been before, she gave us advice and gave us lots of samples even though the store was busy tonight at 9 PM. She never complained once about helping us and had a very positive attitude towards us. Because of her, we will definitely be coming back again. I just wish there was a way to tip her personally since we didn’t have cash. Thanks for the awesome service Lesly! The food was pretty good too! My broccoli was still a bit firm but I’m not sure if that is normal or what. Good job Lesly and Panda Express!

The food this last time was hot and tasty. One thing that could be worked on— if you request veggies it can be a longer wait. Which is understandable, but I feel bad holding up the whole line for me to have vegetables. It would be better to have a place to pull forward and let others pass. Very good would come back, just next time I get veggies I’ll come in or use mobile ordering so it’s ready.
