Pancho's Mexican Grill

Stopped in at Panchos Mexican Grill on Main Street during a business trip through Southbound Brook. From the outside, you would never guess what is happening in that kitchen, but the food tells a completely different story. I started with the molletes de mole, which I had never tried before. These little guys were packed with flavor, warm, rich, and surprisingly addictive. A perfect way to kick things off if you want something truly authentic. For the main dish, I ordered a vegetarian burrito with a side of beans and rice. Generous portions, well seasoned, and enough left over to take back to the hotel for later. No complaints there. One of the best Mexican restaurants in New Jersey. Senor Alejandro was very nice and suggested good options. Will go back to try other items for sure.

The foods were delicious. One of the best fajitas. Also we tried their takeout dessert, flan. It was amazing. Will be going back soon.

Went back after early 13 years because my wife ad I were craving authentic Mexican tacos, this place hit the spot. They were delicious and perfect. Corn tortillas were to die for. Price not bad at all. Will definitely be back for more Tacos.

Stopped by Pancho’s in South Bound and got the asada tacos they were delicious. The meat was tender and the verde salsa was incredible. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the portions were generous for the price. The prices were super reasonable and i appreciated the fact they give you more tacos with less meat on each one instead of less tacos with so much meat half of it falls out. I’m honestly surprised I’d never been here until now, but I’m glad I finally did. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the owner was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. If you’re in the area and craving authentic Mexican food in South Bound, Pancho’s is absolutely worth a stop.
