We had such a wonderful iftar buffet dinner at MAZA Pakistani Restaurant in South Brunswick! 🌙✨ The food was absolutely delicious and packed with authentic Pakistani flavors. The buffet offered an impressive variety from fragrant biryani and perfectly spiced karahi to fresh naan, flavorful chaat, and a wide selection of tasty appetizers. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to break your fast with family and friends. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured the buffet was always well-stocked.

Very delicious food, chicken Karahi, chicken booty, chicken kabab, kheer and tea all are best in class. Original lahori taste. Highly recommended for Pakistani, Indian food lovers. Punjab’s and Desi culture pics, I love it!

Maza BBQ catered the food for our daughter’s event, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious across every course, appetizers, entrées, and desserts and our guests are still talking about it. The appetizers were a huge hit, especially the lamb chops, Lahori fish, and cheese kebabs, they were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and disappeared in no time. For the main course, the butter chicken, goat bulla, and dum keema mutton completely stole the show. Each dish was rich, authentic, and cooked to perfection. The dessert experience was simply out of this world. The live jalebi station was a crowd favorite, and it was paired with what is honestly the best kheer in town, along with faluda and gulab jamun, a perfect and memorable ending to

Ordered grilled fish (suwai) for sit-in lunch and goat biryani to go. Both were excellent (made with fresh ingredients). Goat halal meat was flavorful and almost melted in the mouth unlike usual chewy quality you find at other restaurants. Nice veg fare also (tho not tasted). Will revisit with friends who enjoy excellent food.

I ordered a chicken biryani with high hopes but was disappointed because the food tasted like it had been frozen and re heated. I could not even finish 3 table spoons servings and threw out the food. Hope this restaurant which once was a hail Mary pass for us Pakistanis in Montville can survive and get the original cooking and service they had when they opened up shop. Best wishes
