This restaurant appears to be mostly run by a single person, which is impressive because it's not that small! It serves Caribbean - specifically Trinidadian food - which is something you don't see often I had the Jerk Chicken Sandwich - which came with a bunch of chicken pieces between coconut fry bread The flavor on the chicken was out-of-this world. This is not a flavor profile you want if you're used to bland food. It explosively hits you in the face with its spice and its deep level of marination. Once you take the initial hit, though, it becomes addicting - and you keep coming back for more. This was some of the best chicken I've had. Every bite was practically tripping with juice; it was cooked perfectly. Like I mentioned, the flavor from the marinade was unreal. The fry bread for

Absolutely phenomenal food. This is coming from a Trinidadian, it has been a decade since I’ve had good trini food. I tell ya I fly from my home in Asia just to try this and my goodness this restaurant is a required stop EVERYTIME I fly into Seattle now. It is rare to find a restaurant where everything is made in house. The owner Pam is a sweetheart, I felt at home in the restaurant. Trust, you need to go. I brought a friend that has never had Trinidadian food and how they are hooked. Pam thank you so much, amazing cook and wonderful atmosphere. My orders Aloo pies with Chana and chutney (My favorite!!!❤️) Fried plantain ❤️ Jerk chicken sandwich ❤️ very filling! Dhalourie Roti ❤️ Paratha roll ❤️ Rum cake- very moist and thick.

The food was so yummy. I loved the paratha and highly recommend the chicken curry. The cassava & coconut pone cake was delicious, but given the small size and price ($10), it is definitely overpriced. On the night we went, there was only the cook present, so service was slow. There were no servers as well, but despite that, I would still go again because the food was worth it.

I really really wanted to love Pam’s. It was dead on Saturday night, like 3 tables. I was sat and told I could use the code menu or order through bartender. We ordered 6 beers total and an appetizer of wings. The wings were $13 and there were 4 small wings. They were delicious, but 4 wings? In addition, we had Pam herself walk by our table 5 times, never saying hi, never bussing our plates or beer bottles and the bartender walked by 4 times in both directions without making eye contact, without checking our drinks that were empty for 20 mins and while we stayed and talked, didn’t ask if we wanted anything else until we asked for tab hours later. The atmosphere here was cool I heard, and I love when good places succeed, but the lack of service, high prices for small portions, 8.50 red stri
