Palomino Room Featuring Taphouse Pizza Company

Ordered pasta it was bland not the way it was just 1 month ago. Ordered a French dip received no Ajou sauce. Got a side salad with the French dip first bite pulled a hair out of my mouth a blonde hair (I dye my hair black so definitely wasn’t mine). We paid 77$ to wait an hour for food that was pretty much inedible or just not what we paid for. I never leave reviews on anything but this was so infuriating to me.

So I stopped in I think a few weeks back now. I was trying to figure out how to order food and upon asking a customer, Deja, a wonderful off-duty waitress overheard me and came over to give me the rundown along with a menu from the bar. She said their burgers were second to none locally and recommended that I upgrade my burger to the Elwood Ranch Patty, which I did (well worth the extra $3.00). I had my burger in like 10 minutes. It was also "Out of this world!" Bryon did a most excellent job cooking the patty to my liking. Although I did not talk much with Fallon, Daniel did get my order in promptly and accurately. A family was playing pool in the corner, and the TV's had several Rodeo channels going as well as the local news. I love hamburgers and I believe my ticket was below $2

Ordered food, waited an hour for the food, when it came out they brought my sister and nieces food first then mine a few minutes later, my calzone was completely wrong and had something i was allergic to on it that i didnt even order. My niece had gone up to pay when i realized it was wrong and tried to let the waitress know, she said she couldnt reverse the charge so she would let the owner/manager know so she could get her money back for my food...we have yet to get our money back for the food i was unable to eat its been a week...i left the calzone on the bar with the waitress untouched. This place was pretty empty besides one table that showed up a few minutes after us(2 people) and then another couple 30 min after we had sat waiting...an hour for a calzone, chicken tenders and Parmesa

I paid 55 dollars and received burnt chicken strips the rest of the food just didn't really taste that good. the service was really good however, the food took awhile to show up

I brought family from out of town here last night and I was embarrassed. The service was horrible. The bartender/waitress spilt beer on my husband who doesn't even drink and didn't bother offering him a napkin or anything she just walked off. Our food took extremely long to come out and when it finally did it came out one plate at a time and we didn't even get to eat together one person would get their food and the rest of us got to sit and watch them eat. I tried to show family a good time and instead I left apologizing for how bad our experience was. I use to really love coming here but now I don't think I'll come back.
