Paleta Bar Provo

We love love love this place - Everyone here is always so nice and the dessert is delicious! We have tried several paleta flavors and coconut and horchata have been our favorites! There are so many fun toppings! The store is always very clean and well kept. This time when we came by they were making the taquitos fresh so naturally we had to get some! They were fantastic! They came out warm and fast after we ordered! The chicken taquito was our favorite! We have such a great experience every time we come!

Love this place! Amazing concept and paleta selection. Fresh, made daily. Choose your premium milk or water based paleta, choose your toppings, get it full or half dipped in your choice of chocolate, enjoy! Going to come back as soon as possible! ❤️

Paleta bar is a perfect place to cool down with a treat. It’s clean and has a good atmosphere. They’ve got close to 20 different flavors with new ones rotated in. The person that helped us got through a pretty big group of people very quickly. Most importantly they were delicious! Great for kids, great for everyone.

The Paleta Bar was delicious and unique so I’m happy it found a spot in Provo. It’s a good desert to go every once in awhile but a little pricey to go all the time. I’d highly recommend trying it out as I’m sure many people will decide it’s their new favorite treat and I’ll definitely be trying more of their flavors. The staff was also friendly and the dining area was pretty clean.

Wow can we like open 5 more of these locations?! Such a fun idea and I've always loved Mexican popsicles forever and this place not just delivered in traditional Mexican popsicle flavors, but have gone above and beyond in flavor experimentation! We have tried: horchata, hazelnut crunch, mango with tahín, banana, taro, and mint chip - all just really fantastic and the flavors are point on! Met Julie, the owner. Super personable, really just friendly and offered different flavor combos. This first visit is the first of MANY! I can't wait to come back!!
