I didn't think too much when I first heard of this place. But holy moly!! The alfredo dish was absolutely amazing! My husband and I have decided rather than going out, from now on we'll be buying from here. The peanut butter balls are so delicious! Oh and the service is just as good! We can't wait for the weekends to go back!

I had an amazing experience with this healthy meals-on-the-go business. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned—great for anyone trying to stay on track while still enjoying what they eat. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Richie goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. He’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. If you’re looking for convenient, healthy meals without sacrificing quality or taste, I highly recommend giving them a try. Definitely one of the best in the area!

First time coming and I’m so glad Rio has a Healthy option. The employee was very nice and the place was very clean. We got a few meal prep meals. I had the carne asada fries which was great except the fries weren’t quite cooked all the way through even after following heating instructions but flavor was there for sure! My husband got the steak and mash and it was good. We also ordered some protein cupcakes (red velvet and carrot cake) both flavors were excellent. Good portion and I’m not overly full but definitely satisfied. Plus I didn’t have to clean or cook! Will come again for sure!

The protein cupcakes were ok, but the red enchiladas were delicious! I’m so excited that Rio Rancho has a macro friendly restaurant.
