Pablo’s a south American taste

This place is incredible. If it was in New Orleans instead of Slidell you would not be able to get a reservation for months. The ceviche is perfection as are every meat dish we have ordered- tender with delicious flavor. The pisco sours are authentic, the service was attentive and warm & the desserts rounded out our meal with perfection. Run, don’t walk to this amazing piece of heaven- trust me it will be the best meal you’ve had lately. Thank you Pablo’s!

If you’re willing to trust a hidden gem, Pablo’s – A South American Taste is an absolute MUST. From the outside, it truly looks like a hole-in-the-wall—almost abandoned even—but the moment you step inside, you’re transported into a modern, vibrant space with incredible energy, music, and atmosphere. Pablo's is adding some diversity to the food scene by serving up authentic Peruvian- South American dishes. FOOD: Tomahawk (10/10): Go ahead & splurge on every carnivore's dream - the 3 lbs tomahawk steak is well-seasoned and cooked to utter perfection. Every juicy, flavorful bite just melts in your mouth. Well this place is incredible. A Peruvian restaurant in Slidell, LA was not on my list of places I thought I'd be able to eat on my work trip, but here I am. Everything from the Cancha (Peruvian Fried Corn - think CornNuts) they bring as a complementary light bite, to the marinated Octopus, to the Tres Leches for dessert. Every bite got better. I cannot wait to come back and try more from the menu! The Anticuchos made with veal heart is next on my list!

We had some steak and green spaghettis and they were AMAZING! The octopus and yuca were so good too! Drinks were perfect!!
