Orlando's Deli

I’ve been going to Orlando’s deli for some time now and today I decided to order a sausage, egg white, cheddar cheese on a toasted roll with butter. When I received the sandwich it was all wrong it was a bacon, egg white, cheddar cheese, and there was no butter. So I called and told them they gave me the wrong order and they told me they will make me a new one. So I had to leave work to pick the right order .Before I left I made sure and opened up the sandwich in the deli to make sure it was right and there was no butter so I gave it back to them and ask if I can have some butter on the roll please and they did. When I was finally ready to eat my sandwich this is what I received as you can see what looks like almost a half stick a butter which was sloppy and made it inedible and as paying

I went today for my lunch. I decided to order a panini with a small side of fries, CRAZY EXPENSIVE!!! 28 dollars. I could’ve bought myself a nice dinner with that. Anyways I go into the cashier and tell him what I ordered expect I forgot the small side of fries that I got so I paid and everything. When my order came out I said “that’s mine!” And he said “you got fries?” And I said “yeah?” And he’s like “why didn’t you say anything!?!” In a rude way. First of all it’s THEIR job to write down my order and make sure they get my order right. I’m never going there again

First, I want to apologize for not taking better photos. When I first unwrapped my #24 Chicken Cutlet Italiano Panini, the cheese pull on this bad boy sent me into a trance. When I woke up, half the sandwich was gone. 😂 I was a little confused by the interior layout, as a first time customer. Otherwise, everything was fresh and delicious. Prices were extremely reasonable, especially for Manhasset.

Too many things to recommend because everything is so good! The vodka panini is delicious and I love getting a chicken cutlet sandwich with lettuce! Not mention the cookies are amazing and the steam table is fantastic! Staff is so sweet too!

More than once now orders have been delivered missing items that are in the menu description. Ex. Today avocado missing from the Orlando salad which is specifically why I chose to order it.
