My top 3 Mediterranean restaurant in US. Came here to take out dinner while visiting New Orleans, everything was just perfectly cooked. The lentils soup was hot and flavorful, the gyro plate was a good portion and delicious, the salad was very fresh, I particularly like their dressing- not too salty or sour. We made anther 2 visits before we left New Orleans. Highly recommended.

Amazing delights! We were in town for a conference and chose Olive for dinner. It was outstanding! The chicken kabobs had such a delicious flavor. The hummus was drool-worthy. And the baklava was simply heavenly. We are going to return with a larger party from our conference on another night!

After indulging a bit too much in rich Cajun and Creole food, my husband and I were craving a salad or anything fresh, light, and healthy. Olive was exactly what we needed. We ordered the Olive Appetizers, Chicken Kabab, and the Grilled Catfish plate with grilled vegetables, and every dish was excellent. Everything tasted clean, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. The fresh mint tea was especially soothing, and the Kullage for dessert was the perfect, gentle finish. Our waiter was warm and very attentive, which made the experience even better. Olive was a welcome reset and a spot we would happily return to.

We’ve eaten here several times and every meal was delicious. Our favorite dishes are the stuffed grape leaves. The babaganoush is especially tasty, it has a slightly smoky flavor. The tabbouleh is really good, the falafel is great too. As vegans, we were advised very well and had a fantastic selection to choose from. We’re happy to recommend this restaurant.

Very much enjoyed the chicken plate and the chicken/gyro plate. Flavors are SO good! The plates are dusted with some secret flavor dust...so gooood! The homemade hummus was has a nice flavor. The freshly made homemade baklava has a very delicate and sweet sauce. Why are you still reading? Just go!!!!
