Old Saigon

Totally out of nowhere, like in some sort of industrial city. The place is quite busy with only 1 person going from cashier to kitchen to table serving customers, and still very friendly and nice. Tea: self served. You get to pick either Jasmine or Ginger tea which are nice. Soup Noodles: Pho - broth was good but on the sweet side. Banh Mi Thit Nuong (BBQ pork) - barely any fillings but the thit nuong was pretty flavorful, other than a little bit on the chewy side. Banh Mi Thit Nguoi (Traditional) - also barely any fillings, worst than the Thit Nuong one, and not good. Probably the most disappointing Banh Mi I have ever eaten. Would I go back? Only if I happen to in that direction and definitely order Thit Nuong dishes.

It was excellent. The food was fantastic and the service was great. It was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating when asked for extra of sauce. I really, really recommend this place. It's comfortable, not fancy, but for great Pho and spring rolls, top notch! 😋 yummy

The food is just okay. Water is self served. We ordered their house special spicy pho and the bun bo hue and both dishes were bland. The spicy pho was supposed to come with pineapples chunks and bamboo shoots but the dish didn’t include either of those things. The bun Bo hue was supposed to come with congealed pork blood but it didn’t either. Although they were generous with the protein.

Love the portion of the Pho even it is small size. Nice beef broth and spring rolls.

Sooo good. That’s all I can say. The chili oil is also amazing if you like smoky and spicy
