Chayen Coffee Cafe + Trailer + Van

Found this place on tik tok, and wanted to try it out. The space is quite spacious for being in a hotel. I got the roast beef sandwich and the Thai green tea, loved the sandwich, and the drink was good too! I think I may ask to adjust sweetness. I also tried their Thai espresso drink iced and that was my favorite! The workers are very nice. The only thing can be the parking situation, there’s two spots reserved for the cafe but other than that a great spot :)

LOVE CHAYEN! Found them during the pandemic when I really needed a good coffee and have followed them around the farmers markets, neighborhood pop-ups and now their first cafe. Nan and Suwat are so friendly and can always recommend a drink based on what I’m feeling at the moment. My go-to’s are the Taro Latte and the Thai Espresso while the hubby likes the Thai Coffee.

They have a wide selection of specialty drinks if you want to deviate from regular espresso drinks. Good coffee but better staff members. Absolutely the best people you want to get coffee from. You can find them at three (3) Farmer’s Markets during summertime and now they have a permanent location in Tukwila, WA. I would highly recommend the Green Tea Latte with oat 🥰.

This café is truly for the morning shifters, because there are rarely any that's open before I have to clock in. The service is speedy and their thai green tea latte is delicious. I'll be back to get more stamps on my stamp card :)

09/12 - the one girl who was working is so nice and friendly. I was excited about this place and it met my expectations :) wish this was closer to where I live, I'd visit everyday for my fix!! Whenever I'm in the area will definetly visit again
