It’s nice that this place greets you with a glass of champagne. Reiker greeted us and Kat and Britney are awesome bartenders, very attentive. Love their recommendations they gave us for food. And it was happy hour when we came, they gave us great suggestions on drinks. Their happy hours run 9pm to close Sundays through Thursdays, I’m sure they have an afternoon one as well.

The staff are very helpful, nice to interact with and professional. The food is what you usually expect from Joey's restaurants. Tasty but not too healthy in terms of a lot of sugar, butter and oil. The atmosphere was ok, but so much noisy. Too much to our taste. It was a bit hard to talk due to the noise of the background music.

Glenn was an amazing server, he knew exactly what we needed when we needed it, the food was amazing and there was barely any wait time when we went. And I appreciated the full length privacy bathroom doors. If you sat in a certain area, you could watch the kitchen symphony from your seats. Excellent service, not an intimate dining setting, but upbeat and modern.

Great customer service from walking in the door to walking out the door. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. I ordered the tofu bowl, hubby ordered the steak & lobster spaghetti and our 3 year old grandson had the kids burger - we all enjoyed our meals and left super full. The drinks are on the pricey side, but with the quality food & customer service, I can’t complain. I appreciate that they had a decent amount of vegetarian options and even though they don’t have a physical kid’s menu, they have a good amount of kids options to choose from - 2 different kinds of pasta, burger, chicken tenders & I believe 1 more item I’m forgetting. We came to Joeys for dinner after a girls night. The hostess was amazing and super sweet and took us to our table since we had a reservation. But alas the pleasant experience stopped there . Our waitress Karly or Carly came and took our order. After that initial interaction she was gone with the wind. From about 8:20to when we left around 10:10 she walked by our table a few dozens of times and came to our table maybe 4 times to check on us. She took our drinks and starter order and dipped. My main was taken by another waitress, by friend didn’t get an opportunity to order a main, her dessert order was taken by another waitress. Who were all super sweet . At some point after being ignored We started a timer for how long it took for her to check on us . And it took usually an average of 29
