I visited Coffeebae on a Wednesday around 11 AM and had a great experience. There was plenty of parking, and the café wasn’t busy at the time, which made it a relaxing place to enjoy a drink. The café was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, with Christmas trees and festive touches that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed help choosing a drink. I tried the Matcha Einspanner made with premium matcha, and it was my first time having this style of matcha drink. It features a smooth matcha base topped with a thick, creamy layer. This is a very cute and super cozy cafe. We got the Matcha and Jasmine Tea that was sweet enough and so floral. Would definitely come back for more! Finally a cafe near where we live thats convenient to grab something before work.

One of the best tasting Vietnamese coffees and Matcha you can get in Seattle Washington! The place is so cute, lots of seating, super friendly service. The menu was simple yet unique. The drinks weren’t too sweet and had lots of flavor! I highly recommend this place. I would come back!

Truly the nicest, sweetest people ever. I somehow dropped my drink, and they remade it free of charge with no complaints. They’ll adjust your drink, accommodate you, and genuinely try to give you the best experience possible. And their drinks are amazing, from the matcha einspänner to the ube coffee, it’s all so good. 10/10 place; I’m about to cry writing this review, they’re that amazing.
