Off the Rails

Stopped by Off the Rails in Vermont and had a great experience overall. The food was really good and everything came out hot and fresh. Service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and on top of things the whole time. We did have a small issue with the nachos, but as soon as we mentioned it to our waitress, she handled it immediately and had them replaced ASAP with no hassle at all. That kind of service goes a long way. Great atmosphere, great food, and even better customer service. We’ll definitely be back

AWESOME FOOD!!!! Best onion rings I’ve ever had!! Chicken tenders and fries were so fresh and hot. Our server was kind and quick, fantastic food and service.

Placed an online to go order on a Saturday night, arrived a few minutes after it was supposed to be done with and order was not done for another 10 minutes. Onion rings were good but ranch was not included as described. Pizza was very over priced for the size. We are from MN, and would not describe this as a "Meat Lovers" pizza, maybe that's just how it's done here. Food was slightly warmer than room temp as well.

We did take out and the pizza was great. The food was ready at the time they said. Also, it looks like a great time inside, a bit loud, but that makes it perfect for families after a great day of skiing. You can and should call ahead to put your name on the list of you're dinning in.

Had dinner here and stayed after for a few rounds of drinks after with a group of friends. Bar was lively and the band was awesome. The pizza was delicious and everyone had a great meal. Service was quick and they were super friendly. Would recommend stopped here after skiing - definitely hit the spot. Looking forward to going back again soon!
