Oceanfront Coffee & Ice Cream Café

Wow. The service here was extremely angry and full of overly loud sighs and grumbling. The ice cream was very tasty, the Hawaiian ice was good. My Italian soda was passable. The ice tea was hot tea over water and not enough ice. I had to ask twice for more ice. I got that ice with a heavy amount of negative energy. He felt like slamming utensils around and cussing under his breath were appropriate. The issue was all service related. His name tag said "manager" the owner needs to look into someone who cares about customer service. The treats were good, but the entire customer service experience was the worst we experienced in our 8 days on the island. We mentioned that we tip good for excellent service and his quote was "if I wanted big tips I would be a bartender" ok then, no tip for you

Probably the saddest looking takeaway I've ever purchased. As an Aussie tourist, I was expecting a classic American 🌭 and even the emoji looks better than what I was served. Ordered a FRESH fruit smoothie, only to learn they aren't FRESH, they use flavoured syrup? Ordered a cheeseburger, and was asked if I wanted cheese on it? It was 'cheap' compared to other takeaways, but what this cafe offered up, was like your 5yo was making you lunch for Mothers Day. I ate it just because it was wasteful to bin it.

Shave ice that tastes right out of a Don's from the mainland. Sryrup tastes closer to chalk and soap than what the board says. The "guava" tastes like cinnamon, and the "piancolada" is a disgrace to the cocktail its based on. Location is everything, and if it wasn't for the view of the ocean, I would say this ruined my vacation. If you wanna save the value of your multi thousand dollar trip, stay away.

This store is under new management. It's called Andy's now. Andy is awesome. They still have Tropical Dreams ice cream.

Should be renamed to Oceanfront can't be bothered. I am certain tourists can be irritating, but when your livelihood is tourism, you'd think they'd at least learn to pretend they want your business. Don't bother with this place.
